Many of you know that I belive a good day is one that is calm and restful, one that brings you joy. I wish this for not only myself but for the people i’m lucky enough to connect with. But of course, I didn’t just wake up one day and this was the norm. I had to go on a journey of trial and error until I figured out what worked for me and allowed me to be in my happy place, more rather than less. Today I share 10 habits that will change your life.
Staying mindful to the following 10 habits that will change your life has allowed me to experience good days more often. I hope this blog inspires you to consider focusing on one new habit that will get you closer to living the life that aligns for you.

It’s a good idea to spend time thinking about what habits you really want to form and identifying what’s most important to you. Journaling or just writing down your future good habits can really help.
The other cool part, and the BIG reason creating good habits matters so much: Habits, once established, use a different part of our brain. We don’t have to think about them, we just do them, and they don’t drain our mental energy. Thus, the more good habits we can create, the more productive, happier and less stressed we become.
