With Executive groups I always start by exploring what does the group currently do to champion a healthy workplace, what are the current business needs and how well functioning is the team currently. I also spend time 1 on 1 with individuals to identify personal wellbeing blockers that may be impacting their ability to deliver.
I pride myself on being able to create a safe space for leaders to have honest conversations about workplace culture, empowering them to get into their helicopters (metaphorically speaking) so they can identify solutions that will have immediate impact at all levels.
