Recent studies highlight that the number of leaders self-reporting as “Thriving” is decreasing and the number of leaders reporting themselves as “Struggling or Languishing” is increasing. This is a worrying sign but with the right support the leaders at your organisation can move themselves back towards thriving. What makes this program unique

Program will be tailored to the unique needs of your executive team.

Group and 1:1 sessions on offer. 

Current business needs and pre-existing wellbeing blockers will be unpacked. 

Current beliefs will be challenged so the team can implement the right habits that will make them high functioning and happy. 

Results are guaranteed. Executive will be encouraged to reflect on their ‘why’ so they can catch themselves in the future. 

An action plan will be developed so they can take new found knowledge and share with all areas of the business. 

About Ange

Having refined my knowledge and skills in the wellbeing space over a 20+ years period I am well equipped to support workplaces to unpack their current levels of organisational wellbeing.

With Executive groups I always start by exploring what does the group currently do to champion a healthy workplace, what are the current business needs and how well functioning is the team currently. I also spend time 1 on 1 with individuals to identify personal wellbeing blockers that may be impacting their ability to deliver. 

I pride myself on being able to create a safe space for leaders to have honest conversations about workplace culture, empowering them to get into their helicopters (metaphorically speaking) so they can identify solutions that will have immediate impact at all levels.

Program Benefits

Throughout the program executive teams will have the chance to build their own personal levels of wellbeing whilst exploring the impact they have on the wellbeing of others. Individuals will be asked to explore:

  • In which areas of their life are they thriving and which areas are they struggling
  • What hidden beliefs do they have that is limiting their ability to make change
  • What shifts do they need to make both at home and whilst at work to ensure they can show up each day as the best version of themselves
  • What their energy zappers are and what mechanisms do they have in place to recharge.
  • What tools and resources do they need to access moving forward that will help them flourish.

Whilst teams will be encouraged to explore:

  • How psychologically safe is their organisation.
  • Does their organisation set employees up for success.
  • How is their approach to wellbeing perceived by others.
  • Are they leading by example and providing opportunities for their organisation to proactively contribute to this conversation.
  • Are they equipped ready to tackle the opportunities and challenges leading a team brings.

After completing this program you will have:

  • Developed new skills to enhance your wellbeing so you can overcome barriers when they arise.
  • Identified real options for change for you and your organisation.
  • Have a plan of action that will bring about the change and transformation you are after.
